This poly Lycra knit is velvety soft, and textured. It also has a very soft hand, wonderful stretch, and beautifully colored.
Front twist, top-stitched hem, partially hand gathered back. Top designed to be finger tucked. Finished seams, finished edges.
Medium fits a 22 1/2" (57.15 cm) head circumference.
The mannequin's head measures 22".
