Items shipped USPS:
US orders of $250 and over will be sent with Signature Confirmation.

Will ship out normally within 3 business days, AFTER payment clears. We encourage you to follow your tracking at USPS.com

You should file IMMEDIATE notice of non-delivery, damage, or shortage with the Shipping Carrier, then IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY US via Contact Us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS, DUTY, OR VAT CHARGES. 

You may be required to pay these fees when your package arrives to your country. Couture Service has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by your government. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
