Refund policy
Your choice of Refund or Replacement:
1. If your item is not received. (You will be required to fill out affidavit.)
International shipments are not considered lost until after 40 days.
Domestic is not considered lost until after 20 days.
2. If your item is damaged in shipment, and is verified by your Post Office. (You will
be required to fill out affidavit.)
3. If we have mistakenly sent wrong item. (we will send return shipping label)
4. If your item is marked delivered, and you have not received package, you should
first check with household members, neighbors, look around the outside of your
home. If you still do not find your package, you will need to contact your LOCAL
Post Office. They may require you to file a missing package, and/or theft of mail
report. After you get this information, and send to us, you will be required to
fill out an affidavit.
We encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking information. most packages are small enough to fit in your mailbox.
Notify us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt using "Contact Us". Proof of any issue is required by CLEAR photos.
Our items are meticulously made, and we carefully inspect all items before packaging, but should you have a concern, please inquire.
Please take the time to read ALL descriptions. We do our utmost to describe accurately. If you have a question concerning a listing, please ask BEFORE purchasing. Due to the nature of our product, for hygienic reasons, our headwear is non- returnable, except as stated above.

In the case of return approval (No returns without return approval,) item is to be returned by NEXT business day insured, WITH a tracking method, AND in original condition (unopened, unused, unworn, not tried on, non mutilated packaging) with original shipping packaging. Item is to be free of perfumed fragrance, cigarette smoke, etc.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If error is shown to be ours by proof of CLEAR photos, we will pay for both return shipping, and to re-ship.
