SHIPPING POLICY

Items shipped USPS:
US orders of $250 and over require Signature Confirmation.

Will ship out normally within 3 business days, of AFTER payment clears. We encourage you to follow your tracking.

You should file IMMEDIATE notice of non-delivery, damage, or shortage with the Shipping Carrier, then IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY US via Contact Us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES.  Couture Service has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by your government. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

We are unable to ship to COUNTRIES NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE:
Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria,
This list is subject to change.

RETURN POLICY:

Your choice of Refund or Replacement:
1. If your item is not received. (You will be required to fill out affidavit.)
International shipments are not considered lost until after 40 days.
Domestic is not considered lost until after 20 days.
2. If your item is damaged in shipment, AND is verified by your Post Office. (You will
be required to fill out affidavit.)
3. If we have mistakenly sent wrong item. (we will send return shipping label)
4. If your item is marked delivered, and you have not received package, you should
first check with household members, neighbors, look around the outside of your
home. If you still do not find your package, you will need to contact your LOCAL
Post Office. They may require you to file a missing package, and/or theft of mail
report. After you get this information, and send to us, you will be required to
fill out an affidavit.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We only use customer information to fulfill orders and do not share or use customer information for any other purpose. If required, we will make contact to communicate with you about your order and/or order status.

We encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking information thru USPS.com.  Most packages are small enough to fit in your mailbox.

Notify us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hrs) upon receipt, by email. Proof of any issue is required by CLEAR photos.

Our items are meticulously made, and we carefully inspect all items before packaging, but should you have a concern, please inquire.

Please take the time to read ALL descriptions. We do our utmost to describe accurately. If you have a question concerning a listing, please ask BEFORE purchasing.

DISCLAIMER: Not responsible for your not measuring your head, or not knowing your correct head measurement.

In the case of return approval, item is to be returned by NEXT business day insured, WITH a tracking method, AND in original condition (unopened, unused, unworn, not tried on, non mutilated packaging) with original shipping packaging. Item is to be free of perfumed fragrance, cigarette smoke, etc.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If error is shown to be ours by proof of CLEAR photos, we will pay for both return shipping, and to re-ship.

Any problems, or concerns, please contact us immediately, (within 24 hrs). We will work to resolve any issues.

 For Sanitary Reasons, NO return on head-wear. (The latest threat according to CNN Health is Super Lice. March 03, 2016)
